Refund policy
We gladly accept exchanges for store credit on items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of the item. As such, you have 14 days after the shipment date of your item to request an exchange, and we can issue a store credit note, as we do not offer refunds at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at milkstorecafe@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and confirmation to return from the store will not be accepted.
MILK bookstore has full discretion in determining if items are in their original condition when returned. Sale and items purchased with coupon codes or gift vouchers cannot be exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue take corrective action.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), baby care items for hygiene issues (babycare, baby toys, baby wraps, teethers, soft toys and clothing items) books and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit that can be used within a specified period.
