Shipping policy

Standard orders

Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the selected carrier. Special orders typically take up to 2-4 weeks to process and will be shipped in 4-6 weeks. Orders within Sri Lanka are delivered at a standard fee of Rs. 550; however, for larger or fragile and heavy items eg. dollhouses, play sets, outdoor play centres, trampolines etc. an additional delivery fee will be charged based on weight, and you will be notified accordingly via email (from milkstorecafe@gmail.com) before your order is processed.  Items will only be dispatched for delivery once the payment has been received.
